Hotel Schwarzsee Zermatt

I had an exceptional stay at an outstanding place. The location and panorama were breathtaking, with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The meals provided were excellent, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a nice music ambiance in the restaurant and outdoor areas, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Although there were a few small inconveniences, such as a noisy vacuum in the bathroom and the size of the bathroom being a bit small, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's location next to the Schwarzsee ski lift was convenient, but it is important to consider weather conditions as the lift can be affected by strong winds.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable - the shared toilets were always spotless and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outside jacuzzi with its breathtaking view. The location, away from the busy center, was ideal, right next to the Schwarzsee ski lift. Additionally, transportation was convenient, with easy access to the mountain. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the beautiful mountains. The location was perfect for skiing, right next to the Schwarzsee ski lift, and away from the busy center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in my room were just what I needed. And the breakfast spread was delicious!

Located at the top of the ski gondola, staff was friendly and attentive, meals were delicious, clean shared toilets with hot water. Spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Trilingual and helpful staff, made us feel at home. Rustic and authentic mountain experience with breathtaking views of the mountains and glaciers. Exceptional location for skiing and hiking.
