Hotel Schwarzsee Zermatt

I had an really good stay at an excellent place. The location and panorama were amazing, with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The meals provided were excellent, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a nice music ambiance in the restaurant and outdoor areas, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Although there were a few small inconveniences, such as a noisy vacuum in the bathroom and the size of the bathroom being a bit small, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect - the shared toilets were always super clean and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were great, especially the outside jacuzzi with its amazing view. transportation was convenient, with easy access to the mountain. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Lastly, the staff was really good, going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the beautiful mountains. The location was perfect for skiing, right next to the Schwarzsee ski lift, and away from the busy center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in my room were just what I needed. And the breakfast spread was delicious!

Located at the top of the ski gondola, staff was friendly and attentive, meals were delicious, clean shared toilets with hot water. Spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Trilingual and helpful staff, made us feel at home. Rustic and authentic mountain experience with breathtaking views of the mountains and glaciers. Exceptional location for skiing and hiking.

This hotel is located away from the busy centre, next to the Schwarzsee ski lift, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
